تحذير قانوني بشأن حقوق ملكية محتوى الكتاب
 
كتاب مريم عاشقة الله الفائق الصائغ شمس التبريزي المتصوف الزاهد
 
كتب "حكايات كوكي" و "حامية الملائكة الصغار" ومنها فصل عن التوحد
 
تُحذر مؤسسة تنمية الإبداع العربي، مدرسة إحياء التراث الفكري الحضاري،
وأكاديمية الإبداع..
بشدة من أي محاولة للسرقة الأدبية أو الاستغلال غير المشروع لأي جزء من محتوى الكتب المذكورة أعلاه.
 
أي استخدام غير مصرح به للمحتوى أو العنوان،
سواء كان من خلال النسخ أو الاقتباس أو إعادة النشر أو التوزيع أو الترويج
 
أو عرضه في البرامج التلفزيونية والإذاعية أو في أي مناسبة أخرى
مثل المؤتمر الدولي للتوحد في دورته الثالثة أو غيرها من الفعاليات المشابهة،
 
يعد انتهاكًا صارخًا لحقوق الملكية الفكرية.
 
نحن نُحذر من الآتي:
النسخ أو الاقتباس أو إعادة نشر أي جزء من محتوى الكتاب بدون إذن صريح من أصحاب الحقوق.
 
المشاركة بمحتوى الكتاب أو الترويج له في أي ندوة، مؤتمر،
أو برامج تلفزيونية أو إذاعية دون الحصول على إذن قانوني.
 
استخدام العنوان أو محتوى الكتاب في أي عمل تجاري أو إعلامي دون تصريح رسمي.
 
أي شخص يحاول سرقة أو استغلال هذا المحتوى سيواجه إجراءات قانونية قاسية.
 
إجراءات قانونية فورية ضد المخالفين:
 
رفع قضايا قانونية ضد الأفراد أو الجهات المخالفة.
 
مطالبة بتعويضات مالية عن أي ضرر مادي أو معنوي ناجم عن الانتهاك.
 
اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية لوقف أي نشر أو توزيع غير قانوني.
 
تحذير نهائي:
 
أي محاولة سرقة أو استخدام غير قانوني للمحتوى ستُقابل بعقوبات قانونية شديدة
 
ولن يتم التهاون مع أي جهة أو فرد يحاول انتهاك هذه الحقوق.
 
أولًا: الحقوق الفكرية للكتاب
 
تتمتع محتوى كتب كتاب مريم عاشقة الله الفائق الصائغ شمس التبريزي المتصوف الزاهد
 
حكايات كوكي و حامية الملائكة الصغار ومنها فصل عن التوحد
 
بالحماية القانونية الكاملة بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية الدولية والمحلية، ومنها:
 
اتفاقية برن لحماية المصنفات الأدبية والفنية، التي تضمن حقوق المؤلف بمجرد نشره العمل.
 
القوانين المحلية لحماية حقوق المؤلف، مثل:
 
القانون المصري رقم 82 لسنة 2002 بشأن حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
 
القانون السعودي لنظام حماية حقوق المؤلف.
 
القانون الإماراتي رقم 7 لسنة 2002 في شأن حقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة.
 
قوانين الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة بشأن حماية حقوق النشر والتأليف.
 
ثانيًا: منع استخدام العنوان أو المحتوى
يحظر تمامًا ما يلي:
 
استخدام محتوى كتب "مريم عاشقة الله الفائق الصائغ شمس التبريزي المتصوف الزاهد"
 
و "حكايات كوكي"
 
و "حامية الملائكة الصغار" ومنها فصل عن التوحد لأي كتاب آخر،
 
سواء كان بنفس المضمون أو بمحتوى مختلف.
 
المشاركة بالمحتوى المسروق في أي ندوة أو مؤتمر أو برامج تلفزيونية أو إذاعية.
 
إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي جزء من محتوى الكتاب دون إذن صريح من أصحاب الحقوق.
 
استخدام العنوان أو أي جزء من المحتوى في أعمال تجارية
أو تليفزيونية أدبية أخرى دون تصريح رسمي.
 
ثالثًا: المسؤولية القانونية والعقوبات
 
أي انتهاك لهذه الحقوق سيؤدي إلى:
 
اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية فورية ضد الجهة المخالفة، بما في ذلك رفع دعاوى قضائية لحماية الحقوق الفكرية.
 
المطالبة بتعويضات مالية كبيرة عن أي ضرر مادي أو أدبي ناتج عن التعدي على الحقوق الفكرية للكتاب.
 
إمكانية إصدار قرارات قضائية بوقف نشر أو توزيع أي عمل مخالف.
 
رابعًا: تحذير نهائي
 
أي محاولة لاستخدام اسم كتب

Official Legal Warning Regarding the Copyright of the Book's Content
 
Issued by the Arab Creativity Development Foundation, the School for the Revival of Intellectual Heritage, and the Academy of Creativity.
 
The Arab Creativity Development Foundation, the School for the Revival of Intellectual Heritage, and the Academy of Creativity strongly warn against any attempt of literary theft or unauthorized exploitation of any part of the contents of the above-mentioned books.
 
Any unauthorized use of the content or title, whether by copying, quoting, republishing, distributing, promoting, or displaying it in television or radio programs, or in any other event such as the Third International Autism Conference or other similar events, constitutes a flagrant violation of intellectual property rights.
 
We hereby warn against the following:
 
Copying, quoting, or republishing any part of the book's content without explicit permission from the copyright holders.
 
Sharing the book's content or promoting it in any seminar, conference, television or radio program without obtaining legal permission.
 
Using the title or book content in any commercial or media work without official permission.
 
Any individual attempting to steal or exploit this content will face severe legal action.
 
Immediate Legal Action Against Violators:
 
Filing lawsuits against individuals or entities who violate the rights.
 
Seeking financial compensation for any material or moral damage caused by the violation.
 
Taking legal measures to halt any illegal publication or distribution.
 
Final Warning:
Any attempt to steal or illegally use the content will be met with severe legal penalties, and no leniency will be shown towards any entity or individual attempting to violate these rights.
 
First: Intellectual Property Rights of the Book

Any violation of these rights will result in:

Seeking substantial financial compensation for any material or moral harm caused by the violation.
 
The possibility of court orders to stop the publication or distribution of any infringing work.
 
Fourth: Final Warning

Troisièmement : Responsabilité légale et sanctions
Toute violation de ces droits entraînera :
 
La prise de mesures légales immédiates contre la partie fautive, y compris le dépôt de poursuites pour protéger les droits intellectuels.
 
La demande de compensations financières substantielles pour tout préjudice matériel ou moral causé par la violation des droits intellectuels.
